When you´re going through something like this, ask why, ask what you can learn and see where the lesson is, and find a way to grow out. Don´t become a victim and don´t let this go like: Ah I knew it!! Ah gosh! Why did I try?
Be proud of yourself, that you put yourself out there, that you tried, that you risked, and learn, we don´t learn anything when we win, we learn everything when we fail or when we lose, and that´s our opportunity for growing. On the other end of the sorrow, it´s a bunch of happines, and if we don´t try, and we don´t reach out, and we don´t make efforts, we have nothing and you´re just none.. That´s no way to live your life.

Sälv gjorde jag en gastric bypass op för snart 5 månader så det har ju hjälpt till mycket.
